• Workshop and testing during production

1. Production of PVC bottom layer
 
2. The wear-resistant layer, color film, middle layer,bottom layers are pressed into semi-finished products.
 
3. Cutting color film and wear-resistant layer into required sizes.
 
4. PVC floor will be cut into fixed specifications, and packaging.
 
5. Release the expansion of the vinyl flooring to make sure size stability and surface wear resistant.
 
6. Cutting the floor into different sizes
 
For wood: 6''X36''
 
For marble and stone:600mmX600mm,18''X18''
 
7. Trimming to make the floor edge smooth,better for installation.
 
8. Packing:normally it is 24pcs for 18''x18'',36pcs for 6''x36'',if you have any requirements,please let us know.
